Most assisted living chains are run by real estate math. OPS is run by Sherri and Angela, two licensed administrators who spent decades inside buildings before owning them. They hire executive directors who stay, chefs who learn preferences, and caregivers who know every resident's story. When the people don't churn, the care doesn't either.

Owner & CEO
Seventeen years in senior living and nine buildings opened as a VP of Operations before she founded OPS. She also started a nonprofit that grants bucket-list wishes to low-income seniors.

Owner & COO
A licensed administrator and the state's go-to expert on the Indiana Medicaid Waiver. Which means families who thought they couldn't afford care often can.

Director of Sales & Marketing
Alli sits with families and works out how to pay for care, including the Indiana Medicaid Waiver most people have never heard of. If there is a funding path, she finds it.

Marketing & Brand
Raven makes sure each community's story is honest, so what a family reads online matches what they walk into. No stock photos, no borrowed reviews.
Every community, every day
Caregivers are in the building around the clock, not on call from somewhere else. Someone who knows your parent is always a hallway away.
Meals are cooked in our kitchens, not trucked in. Our chefs learn preferences, and second helpings are never a problem.
Our nurses manage medications and coordinate with physicians, pharmacies and therapists. Families stop being the switchboard.
Apartments are cleaned weekly and laundry is handled. The chores that made living at home hard simply go away.
Every community publishes a calendar and actually runs it. Live music, exercise, faith services, cards, and bus trips into town.
Bathing, dressing and mobility support delivered by people who ask first and explain as they go. Care levels are set by a nurse assessment and quoted up front.

And at Trail Creek Place in Michigan City, a dedicated memory care neighborhood for residents living with dementia.
The straight answers
Our prices are on this website.
Assisted living pricing is famously murky. Ours starts at $3,110 a month in Bloomington and $3,900 in South Bend, below the area averages. And we accept theIndiana Medicaid Waiver, which most families don't realize can cover assisted living. If money is the thing you're worried about, start at our pricing page, not a phone call.
See pricing →If we're not the right fit, we'll say so.
Four of our six communities don't offer memory care. When a family needs it, we say that plainly and point them to Trail Creek Place or help them find the right fit elsewhere. You'll never have to decode a brochure with us.
