Mornings
Coffee, the morning paper, and a kitchen that starts breakfast fresh. Caregivers move room to room helping residents start the day the way they prefer.
Afternoons
Afternoons bring music, exercise groups, bingo, and outings around Howard County. The calendar is posted and it actually happens.
Evenings
Dinner is chef-prepared and served in the dining room, then the building winds down: a movie, a puzzle, and overnight caregivers on the floor.

We're on West Sycamore Street, minutes from Ascension St. Vincent Kokomo and an easy drive from downtown, Russiaville and the US-31 corridor. Family coming up from Indianapolis is about an hour away.

Our published starting rate for Kokomo Place is being finalized. Call and we'll give you the number on the first call. Every rate includes the apartment, utilities, three meals daily, housekeeping and laundry, the activity calendar, 24/7 care staff and medication management.
Yes, and our owners specialize in it. We'll help your family determine eligibility at no cost, before you make any decisions.
It comes from surveys of residents and families about daily life: food, staff, dignity, and whether the place feels like home. Kokomo Place earned it, which means our residents said so.
Small pets are welcome when the resident can care for them with reasonable help from family and staff.
There are none. Visit whenever you like, join your parent for a meal, and take them out for the afternoon. Please sign in at the front desk.
