OPS LIVINGOne Purpose Senior Living

One purpose

You're not choosing a building. You're choosing people.

OPS Living is owner-operated. The people who own the company are licensed administrators who spent their careers inside communities like these, and they are still inside them: hiring, training, and answering for how each building runs.

Platform leadership

Four people who treat every resident like their own mother.

Sherri Berghoff

Sherri Berghoff, MBA, RCA

Owner & CEO

Sherri has spent more than 17 years in senior living and opened nine buildings as a VP of Operations before founding OPS Living. She led sales organizations to $42M in annual revenue, then decided she would rather own buildings than report on them. She runs OPS the way she would want her own mother's community run.

She also founded a 501(c)(3) that grants bucket-list wishes to low-income seniors living in care communities.

Angela Otis

Angela Otis, RCA

Owner & COO

Angela is a licensed residential care administrator who has spent her career inside buildings, not above them. She is one of Indiana's foremost experts on the state's Medicaid Waiver, which means families who assumed they could not afford assisted living often find out they can. She oversees operations across all six OPS communities.

She will spend an hour on the phone with a family who may never move in.

Alli Morua

Alli Morua

VP of Business Development

Alli helps families figure out how to pay for care, including the Indiana Medicaid Waiver that most families have never heard of. She works through eligibility, paperwork and timing so nobody has to guess. If there is a funding path, she will find it.

She keeps a running list of families she is still helping months later.

Raven Johnson

Raven Johnson

VP of Marketing Services

Raven makes sure each community's story is honest and easy to find. She works with every executive director so what a family reads online matches what they walk into. No stock photos, no borrowed reviews, no averages hiding a weak building.

She is the reason our prices are published on this website.

The nonprofit side of One Purpose.

One Purpose Senior Adventures is a 501(c)(3) that grants bucket-list wishes to low-income seniors living in assisted living and skilled nursing communities.
