Mornings
Mornings start slowly and predictably, which matters most in memory care. Coffee, familiar faces, and caregivers who greet each resident by name before anything else happens.
Afternoons
Assisted living residents head to the activity calendar (music, exercise, outings toward the lakefront) while the memory care neighborhood runs its own gentler schedule of sensory and reminiscence activities.
Evenings
Dinner is chef-prepared, then evenings stay calm and consistent. In memory care especially, the same routine at the same time is a form of care.

Trail Creek Place has a dedicated, secured memory care neighborhood for residents living with Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia. It has its own staff, its own deliberately consistent daily rhythm, and caregivers trained to meet a resident inside their reality instead of correcting it. Families get honest, ongoing communication as things change, because the hardest part of dementia care is rarely the part you can schedule.

Our published starting rate for Trail Creek Place is being finalized. Call and we'll tell you today's number. The monthly rate includes the apartment, utilities, three chef-prepared meals, housekeeping and laundry, activities, 24/7 onsite care staff and medication management. Memory care is priced separately after an assessment.
It's a dedicated, secured neighborhood, not a hallway inside assisted living. Staff are trained specifically in dementia care, the daily routine is deliberately consistent, and we communicate with families honestly about changes as they happen.
Yes. Our co-owner Angela Otis is a licensed administrator and one of Indiana's foremost Waiver experts. We'll walk you through eligibility at no cost.
Small pets are welcome in assisted living when the resident can care for them with reasonable help. In memory care we'll talk it through case by case.
